Voices Rising: Embodied Song and Story

Welcome! We look forward to you joining this fusion class combining known songs, circle singing, light percussion, movement, and open dialogue. Each session invites participants to sing together, find shared rhythm, move and listen with the body, and speak into what's alive for them — whether that's grief, celebration, discovery or solidarity with what's happening in our world right now. No singing or musical experience is needed—just a willingness to raise your voice alongside others!
