We are only a few days in allowing ourselves to process what has transpired. Some of us will be minimally affected depending on the structures and location of our lives and some of us will be greatly affected. Either way, as caring beings, we want to find ways to fortify our resolve to truth and justice. THE TENDENCY TO TUNE OUT IN VARIOUS WAYS IS COMPELLING, AND I AM HERE TO HOLD SPACE FOR YOU TO REALLY PROCESS THIS IN SOMATICALLY GENTLE AND EFFECTIVE WAYS.
