Sound Nourishment for Healing Hearts

Dear Courageous Souls,

I invite you right now to pause…receive this life given breath…put your hands on your heart with me…holding your rib protected instrument of compassion with a little more protection than usual…being with the shock, pain, despair, fear, speechlessness, and in this posture as we hold our hearts, let us hold all the hearts of the suffering today.

I was texting with a friend I haven’t spoken with in a few years and she said “I am hiding out in the forest”, and I instantly understood how the wisdom of her body led her there to replenish.

What times we live in that ask us to be courageous in so many moments! Life will keep calling for your courage to step to the front – and I bless your heart as you do so with resilience - and also sometimes we just need a rest yeah?

The name of my business is Sound Nourishment. I chose this name because I believe intentional sound is nourishing for our soma. I allow release, and welcome nourishing sound into my being to come back to regulation. I allow sound to beckon my natural feels and awaken my inner guidance.
