About the Event
We’ve been through a lot this last year and a half! So much information to process…
How about some time with silence and sounds that evoke a return within?
We will be co-creating a container to receive, to just be. Allow yourself to feel nourished by sound, creating access to insights and guidance.
The music in this session will be live - Indigenous World Music instrumentation and Vocals from many traditions, as well as improvised in the moment.
Please join us with you journal, some water/tea. Places to rest will be provided, but you are free to bring your own if you wish.
