Welcome!
2020 was a hard year! Many of us are worn out from all the learning curves, illness, suffering, division, and the ways that we had to make our world smaller...we all felt it, and we long to expand once again.
Sometimes expanding can require physical space. But we can also create internal space through sound.
The first day of the year marks a symbolic shift into the new. Let's embrace that together.
We will be co-creating a container to receive, to just be. Allow yourself to feel nourished by sound, and emotions and tension to release, creating access to insights and guidance.
The music in this session will be live - Indigenous World Music instrumentation and Vocals from many traditions, as well as improvised in the moment.
Please join us with you journal, some water/tea, a blanket, and a comfortable place to sit or rest.
