Singing at the Edge...a Deeper Dive

Sometimes on our evolutionary journey, life beckons us to choose differently. But comfort is so compelling – until our attachment to it creates stagnation. We may “know” that it’s time to let something go, or bring something in, and yet, we don’t.  I would like to invite you to engage your voice in the process of Singing At The Edge of that which is your next step. anything...any new transition or exploration.

This event is a deeper dive for all humans interested in dwelling in the shared expression of sound through the body and voice, benefitting your spirit, mind, body, heart, and overall health. No prior singing experience is required.

In this workshop we will:

* Engage in somatic meditation and 

   movement to center ourselves.

* Engage in inner/group inquiry about 

   our personal edges.

* Play with sound and movement games

   that support freedom and joy.

* Practice Living Voice Work for the

   present moment.

Wear comfortable clothing, and bring water. This event will take place outdoors - location provided upon registration.

I respect everyone's personal choice around vaccination, and singing is an aerosolizing activity. If you've chosen to not vaccinate, please join me in creating a safe space for all by wearing a face covering or using a provided face shield.

Cancellations made within 24 hours to the event will incur a    30% fee. If I am unable to attend I understand that I can transfer to a friend.
