About the Event
A Practice Older Than the News Cycle. Coming together to sound and sing...let's create the harmany that we long for.
We come to the beginning of a new Gregorian year, a marking point for reflection and releasing that which wants to move on...while we also welcome that which wants to groove on inside of us. Together, in a co-created, safe, connective, and mindful space, we play, we share, we reflect, and we sound, move and sing through it all!
