Information comes at what feels like the speed of light. And we ingest it. Are we digesting it? 

How can we self-regulate and integrate all of the learnings that we have been forced to engage with this last year? The last four years? It’s A LOT!   

Let’s gather to discover what helps us integrate information so that it may benefit our lives, and how our voices can be a vehicle for supporting that process.
