About the Event
Musicality is available to all human beings!Â
The structure and playful entry of this course provides participants the ability to musically collaborate with others in ways that allow for listening, participation, and simultaneously learn new musical skills while:
* Having fun!
* Strengthening brain function.
* Improving mood, confidence, and community connection.
This month, at Co-Regulation Station, Â we are engaging with meditation, movement and vocal play to assist in release in an environent structured for co-regulation with a group, whicle also learning/gathering self-regulation tools to add to our basket for the path ahead.

This event takes place outdoors and we continue to be conscientious about a covid safe environment. This may depend on the number of participants in the space. There is outdoor and  indoor bathroom access for all - masks required for entry. Please bring water and layers for varying weather.
