This Sonic Shifting session weaves together indigenous instruments and medicine songs, gong, didgeridoo, percussion, and other surprises — a receptive experience with opportunities to actively release sound through your own body. This is a space to receive and let go - to release the heavy weight of staying alert to the challenges around us. We look forward to being in this sonic soundscape with you.
